MEET DR. TAMIKA SCOTT

 

Dr. Scott is the owner and visionary behind the Jazz Katz concept.  She is an accomplished licensed phycologist and a savvy business women, successful in creating a platform that embraces her passion for Jazz and authentic Cajun Creole cuisine.  Dr. Scott selected the city of Southfield to visualize her passion, naming the venue Jazz Katz; inspiring and serving residents of Southfield and surrounding cities like Detroit, Dearborn, Harper Woods, Novi, Birmingham, Bloomfield, Farmington and Franklin to list just a few.  Some have begun to call Dr. Scott’s passion a therapeutic gift to the city and exclaim that Jazz Katz is the place where food warms the body and where music heals the soul.  

 

In September 2015, Dr. Scott brings Hollywood to Southfield as she prepares to appear on Bar Rescue hosted by Jon Taffer.  She wants to raise the bar on all her efforts to keep the doors open and provide superior service, food and entertainment. It's lights, cameras action as all eyes are on  Jazz Katz.  It's going to be loads of fun and lots of drama, too.  Special thank you to Cheryl Patterson and Universal Xperience our PR Marketing partner for helping to make it happen.
